All orders shipped to the state of new york are subject to a 8.625%
sales tax.
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via usps or other common carriers depending
on the weight and distance. Please allow an
additional 5-10 business days for delivery, unless otherwise specified. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods
such as holidays. We cannot deliver to a post office box; therefore all
packages must be shipped to a street address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers must be responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We are not
responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible
for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or
customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original
and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package back to us .
This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

that all international orders are non-returnable.
RETURN POLICY
For most items, unless otherwise specified, if you’re not satisfied with
a product that you ordered from us, or if a product arrived damaged,
please contact us within 7 days
of receiving the order to receive a Returns Authorization Number. the
return must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving the R.A.N. number. Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original condition, and
in their original packaging complete with all inserts.
